Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Policy

KLAUSULA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi, Pidana dan Perdata

Withdrawal generally refers to removing a manuscript from the editorial or publication process before final publication. KLAUSULA seeks to handle withdrawal requests transparently and in a manner that protects the integrity of the editorial process.

Author-Initiated Withdrawal

Authors who wish to withdraw a submitted manuscript should contact the editorial office and provide a clear reason. Where a manuscript has multiple authors, the journal may request confirmation from all authors or the corresponding author.

Editorial Withdrawal

The journal may withdraw a manuscript from processing when serious ethical, legal, authorship, duplicate submission, or other publication-integrity concerns are identified before final publication.

Withdrawal Procedure

  1. The withdrawal request or concern is submitted to the editorial office.
  2. The editor verifies the status of the manuscript and reviews the reason for withdrawal.
  3. Relevant authors or editorial parties may be contacted for clarification.
  4. The editor records the withdrawal decision in the journal system.
  5. Where necessary, the journal may retain an internal record of the submission and reason for withdrawal.

After Publication

Once an article has been formally published, serious problems should normally be handled through correction, retraction, or another appropriate post-publication notice rather than simple removal without explanation.
