Submission Checklist

KLAUSULA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi, Pidana dan Perdata

Before completing an online submission, authors should confirm that the manuscript complies with the following requirements. Manuscripts that do not comply may be returned for technical revision.

Author Submission Checklist

• The manuscript is original and has not been published previously.
• The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal.
• The manuscript is relevant to the Focus and Scope of KLAUSULA.
• The manuscript follows the current KLAUSULA article template.
• The manuscript is approximately 6,000–7,000 words, including abstract, figures/tables, and references.
• The abstract is approximately 150–300 words.
• The manuscript includes 3–5 keywords.
• Author names, affiliations, and corresponding author information are complete and accurate.
• All tables and figures are numbered, titled, readable, and appropriately sourced.
• All quotations and borrowed ideas are properly cited.
• All cited sources appear in the reference list and all listed references are cited in the manuscript.
• DOIs and URLs have been checked where applicable.
• The manuscript has undergone plagiarism/similarity screening and complies with the journal's policy.
• Any material use of Generative AI has been disclosed in accordance with the journal's GenAI policy.
• All authors approve the submitted version and agree to the journal's publication policies.
• Conflict of interest and funding information have been disclosed where applicable.

Final Confirmation

By submitting the manuscript, the corresponding author confirms that the submission information is accurate and that all authors understand and accept the journal's editorial and publication policies.
