Retraction Policy

KLAUSULA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi, Pidana dan Perdata

KLAUSULA may retract a published article when there is clear evidence that the article is seriously unreliable, contains major ethical or publication problems, or otherwise should not remain part of the scholarly record without a retraction notice.

Grounds for Retraction

  • unreliable findings caused by serious error, fabrication, or falsification;
  • plagiarism or substantial unattributed use of another work;
  • duplicate or redundant publication without appropriate disclosure;
  • serious authorship, ethical, legal, or peer-review manipulation concerns;
  • other major integrity problems that materially affect the trustworthiness of the article.

Retraction Notice

A retraction notice should identify the article, state that the article has been retracted, explain the reason for the retraction as clearly as reasonably possible, and indicate who initiated or approved the retraction.

Article Availability

Where appropriate and technically possible, the retracted article should remain accessible for the integrity of the scholarly record but be clearly marked as retracted and linked to the formal retraction notice.

Editorial Review

Retraction decisions should be based on documented evidence and an editorial assessment. Authors and other relevant parties may be invited to provide clarification, but the journal may proceed when sufficient evidence supports the need for retraction.
