AI Use by Authors

KLAUSULA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi, Pidana dan Perdata

Authors may use artificial intelligence tools as supporting instruments, but authors remain fully responsible for every statement, citation, interpretation, argument, legal source, data point, and conclusion contained in the manuscript.

Author Responsibilities

  • verify all AI-assisted content before submission;
  • ensure that references, quotations, statutes, cases, and legal documents actually exist and are cited correctly;
  • ensure that AI-generated text does not contain plagiarism, fabricated citations, or misleading claims;
  • protect confidential, personal, privileged, or sensitive information;
  • retain full responsibility for the originality and integrity of the manuscript.

Permitted Uses

AI tools may be used for language editing, grammar checking, idea organization, formatting support, translation assistance, or drafting support, provided the author reviews, verifies, and takes responsibility for the final content.

Disclosure

If AI materially contributes to the preparation, analysis, translation, or generation of manuscript content, authors should disclose the tool used and the nature of its contribution in an appropriate section of the manuscript.

AI and Authorship

AI tools must not be listed as authors, co-authors, contributors, or responsible parties. Only human contributors who meet the journal's authorship criteria may be credited as authors.

Responsibility for Errors

The use of AI does not reduce author responsibility. Any inaccurate citation, fabricated source, incorrect legal interpretation, misleading statement, plagiarism, or other integrity problem remains the responsibility of the authors.
