KLAUSULA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi, Pidana dan Perdata

Citations must be accurate, consistent, and traceable to the original source. Authors are responsible for ensuring that every quotation, paraphrase, legal proposition, and borrowed idea is properly acknowledged.

Citation Principles

  • Use one citation system consistently throughout the manuscript in accordance with the journal template.
  • Direct quotations must be clearly identified and accompanied by an appropriate citation.
  • Paraphrased ideas must still cite the original source.
  • Statutes, regulations, court decisions, treaties, and other primary legal materials should be identified precisely.
  • Avoid excessive self-citation, irrelevant citation, and citation manipulation.
  • Where a DOI is available, authors are encouraged to provide it accurately.

Primary Legal Sources

References to legislation, regulations, court judgments, and official legal documents should include sufficient identifying information so that readers can locate the original source.

Citation Management

Authors are encouraged to use reference-management software to improve consistency, while remaining responsible for checking that imported metadata, capitalization, page numbers, URLs, and DOI information are correct.

Important

The exact punctuation and citation format should follow the official KLAUSULA article template. If the template and this policy differ, authors should follow the current journal template and contact the editorial office when clarification is required.
