Reference Guidelines

Reference Guidelines

KLAUSULA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi, Pidana dan Perdata

The reference list should contain only sources actually cited in the manuscript and should provide complete bibliographic information. Authors should prioritize authoritative, relevant, and current sources while retaining important foundational legal materials where necessary.

Recommended Sources

  • peer-reviewed journal articles;
  • academic books and scholarly monographs;
  • legislation and regulations;
  • court decisions and other authoritative legal documents;
  • official government or institutional publications;
  • credible scholarly online sources where appropriate.

Reference Accuracy

  • verify author names and publication years;
  • verify titles, volume, issue, and page numbers;
  • include DOI or stable URL when available and appropriate;
  • ensure that every in-text citation or note has a corresponding reference entry;
  • remove uncited items from the reference list.

Quality of References

References should support the manuscript's legal and scholarly arguments. Authors should avoid unnecessary dependence on non-scholarly sources, inaccessible sources, or sources whose authenticity cannot be verified.

Consistency

All references must follow the format specified in the official KLAUSULA article template. Authors are advised to perform a final cross-check between citations and the reference list before submission.
