Retraction
Manuscripts published in UNISKA LAW REVIEW will be considered for retraction in publication if:
- There is clear evidence of error (eg: falsification of data) or negligence. (Ex: calculation error or experimental error).
- There is clear evidence that the manuscript has been previously published elsewhere without permission, or proper justification (Double Publication)
- There is clear evidence of plagiarism or taking essays, opinions, etc. from other people and making them appear as if they were your own essays and opinions. (Plagiarism)
- Unethical research.
