Retraction

Manuscripts published in UNISKA LAW REVIEW will be considered for retraction in publication if:
  1. There is clear evidence of error (eg: falsification of data) or negligence. (Ex: calculation error or experimental error).
  2. There is clear evidence that the manuscript has been previously published elsewhere without permission, or proper justification (Double Publication)
  3. There is clear evidence of plagiarism or taking essays, opinions, etc. from other people and making them appear as if they were your own essays and opinions. (Plagiarism)
  4. Unethical research.
Authors are not allowed to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted, because withdrawals are a waste of time and take a lot of time to process manuscripts sent to publishers.
