UNISKA LAW REVIEW is a periodical scientific journal published by the Faculty of Law, Kediri Islamic University (UNISKA) Kediri in 2020 with ISSN code (Print): 2774-5260 and ISSN (Online): 2774-5252 and DOI code: 10.32503. UNISKA LAW REVIEW provides a broad space for authors from abroad and within the country to participate and collaborate in contributing their ideas and thoughts in this Journal. The purpose and scope of UNISKA LAW REVIEW is to be an effective means to improve the research culture for legal academics and practitioners. UNISKA LAW REVIEW is published periodically twice a year, namely in April and December. Starting from the April 2024 edition, this journal publishes five articles in one edition. UNISKA LAW REVIEW focuses on the study of legal issues in Indonesia and internationally, including Civil Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Justice Policy and Law, Constitutional Law and Human Rights, Administrative and Governance Law, Environmental Law, Land and Property Law, Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law, International Law, Islamic Law, Legal Theory, Methodology, and (ADR).
