Manuscript Revocation
Manuscripts published in Diversi Jurnal Hukum will be considered for withdrawal in a publication if:
  1. There is clear evidence of errors (ex: data forgery) or omissions. (Ex: calculation error or experimental error).
  2. There is clear evidence that the manuscript has previously been published elsewhere without permission, or a proper justification (Double Publication)
  3. There is clear evidence of plagiarism or taking of essays, opinions, and so on from other people and make it seem like their own essays and opinions. (Plagiarism)
  4. Unethical research
 Withdrawal of Manuscripts
  1. Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts, because withdrawals are futile and spend a lot of time processing the manuscripts sent to the publisher.
  2. If the author requests a manuscript withdrawal while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, the author will be punished by paying 1000,000 (IDR) per text as a penalty.
  3. Withdrawal of manuscripts after the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be punished by paying 2000,000 (IDR) per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawal is only permitted after withdrawal sanctions have been fully paid to the Issuer.
  4. If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and its affiliates will be blacklisted for publication in this journal. In fact, previously published articles will be removed from our online system.
