Pengaruh Penerapan In House Training Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Anugerah Mulia Indobel - Perusahaan Cokelat Monggo

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of in house training to the employee and the effect to the employee's performance. Object of this study are all the employees of PT Anugerah Mulia Indobel as the producer of Cokelat Monggo. In case the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of in house training for the employees, the methode analysis using simple linier regression. The test result shows that in house training has a positif effect for employee's performance.
