Reviewer Guidelines

Once you are willing to do the review, you can download the article file. You can leave a review comment using the insert - comment menu of the word application. The review must be completed within 4 weeks. If you need more time, you can forward it to the Editor (cendekiakeuangan@uniska.kediri.ac.id).

Article Substance Review

You will review the material according to the standard components of the article. If the content of the article is significantly off, please write your comments.

  1. Title: Is the title clear, appropriate and not multi-interpreted? Please advise the title if needed.
  2. Abstract: Has the abstract briefly stated the purpose of the research, brief background of the problem, novelty, methods used, results/findings, and conclusions? Please remind that the abstract is the most read part of the paper.
  3. Introduction: Has the introduction already credited other people's contributions that are relevant to the article through citations? The citations in the introduction must show the novelty of the Author's work through gap analysis. Citations should not be excessive. Has the purpose of the article review been well explained?
  4. Literature Review and Hypothesis Development: Does the Author provide the theory used, the state of the art, and the hypothesis? At the end of the literature review and hypothesis development presents a research model.
  5. Methodology: Are the methods used to achieve the goals described precisely and in sufficient detail? The type of research, sample population, data collection, operational definition of variables, proxies used, statistical analysis both descriptive and inferential used.
  6. Results: Has the Author explained the results obtained? The results obtained from the research must be supported by adequate data. The results of research and discovery must be the answer to the research hypothesis or research question that has been previously stated in the introduction.
  7. Discussion: Have the authors discussed the hypothesis whether it was accepted or rejected by providing a solid basis for previous studies and the implications of the hypothesis?
  8. Conclusions and Recommendations: Has the Author provided conclusions, suggestions, limitations, and recommendations?
  9. Bibliography: Are references in the manuscript already in the Bibliography? References totalled at least 10 with 80% in the form of primary references (scientific journals, procedural articles, reference books, thesis/thesis/dissertation) and published no later than the last ten years.
