Abstract

In an era of increasingly rapid development, the opportunities and challenges in the business world are increasing. The thing that needs to be seen in improving the quality and business development of melon commodities is how they are managed, especially in supply chain management. The importance of Supply Chain Management in the business world is needed to support the success of a business, so that later it will bring big profits, especially for business development and the supply of quality coffee commodities from the Made Fresh company. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive design. The data used in this study are Primary data and Secondary data, where Primary data is obtained from field observations, direct interviews, discussions with related parties, and documentation obtained directly from the research object, namely Melon Commodity at the Made Fresh company. This research obtains results which show to clarify the mechanism of the Made Fresh supply chain in terms of transportation, distribution and supply chain management.
