Abstract

An educational institution is an institution that provides/organizes services in the form of education to students in order to improve the quality of life through education that is organized in a systematic and consistent manner. This study aims: (1) To analyze the influence of the quality of educational information partially on teacher satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung. (2) To analyze the influence of educational personnel service performance partially on teacher satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung. (3) To analyze the influence of the quality of educational information and the performance of educational staff services simultaneously on teacher satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung. (4) To analyze which of the variables of the quality of educational information and the performance of educational staff services have a dominant influence on teacher satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung.  This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely the analysis of data that has been scored according to the measurement scale that has been determined using statistical formulas. The analysis used is for data in the form of numbers. While the quality test uses (1) Descriptive statistical analysis, (2) Classical assumption test. (3) Multiple regression analysis (4) Hypothesis testing, and (5) Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2). The results of the study indicate that: (1) The quality of educational information partially has a significant influence on teacher satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung. (2) The performance of educational staff services partially has a significant influence on teacher satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung. (3) The Quality of Educational Information and Performance of Educational Personnel Services simultaneously have a significant influence on Teacher Satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung. (4) The Performance of Educational Personnel Services has the most dominant influence on Teacher Satisfaction at MTsN 7 Tulungagung
