Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Asn Di Kecamatan Sukorejo Kota Blitar
Abstract
The performance of each employee is different from other employees according to the level of knowledge, skills and motivation possessed by the employee. Human resource management carried out professionally can improve employee performance. The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence of motivation, work environment and work benefits on performance. The data research techniques in this research are Questionnaire/Questionnaire techniques, Observation and Documentation Techniques. Data Quality Test using Validity and Reliability Test. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, T Test. Based on the results of statistical analysis it can be explained that the influence of motivation on performance has a sig value. 0.000<0.05. Next, to see the direction of the relationship, it can be seen through interpretation of the work motivation coefficient which produces a value of 0.564 which is positive. This result means that the relationship is in the same direction. If the work motivation variable increases by one unit, it will result in the performance of ASN employees increasing by 0.564. points or 56.4%. The influence of work environment variables on performance has a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, to find out the direction of the relationship, it can be determined through interpretation of the work environment coefficient which produces a value of 0.680 which is positive. This result gives the meaning of a unidirectional relationship if the work environment variable increases by one unit then will result in ASN performance increasing by 0.680 points or 68%. From these results it can be concluded that motivation and work environment variables have a significant influence on performance in Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City
