Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find work and analyzing the motivation, cultural organizations and welfare employees to the employee performance in office of Public Order Police Tulungagung District. This study using descriptive quantitative methods. With a population of all employees and those in research the 70 employees are respondents the office of Public Order Police Tulungagung District. Data collection method using a questionnaire, literature and methods of observation field. While the data analysis using analysis linear regression. This research result indicates that the work, cultural organizations and employees welfare influences the employee performance. This is supported by income value r square or coefficient determination ( KD) show 44,7 % so interpreted if variable x1 ( motivation ) work, and x2 (cultural organization ), x3 ( employees welfare ) having contribution of variable Y 44,7 % against the employee performance 55,3 % and influenced by factors other than other variable x. In addition, in the f count 5,496 receive is worth of 0,002 sig. Thus showing that the f count > f table or 5,496 > 2,74 with the sig 0,002; 0,05 & it. Thus received hypothesis. While on the outcome of the t known for partial work that motivation, welfare officials cultural organization and its effect on the employee performance in office of Public Order Police Tulungagung District.
