Pengaruh K3 dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kinerja dengan Stres Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Facilities on Employee Performance with Job Stress as a Mediating Variable for Machine Operator Employees in the Net B Section of PT. Noble Power Arteria.

1. Arteria Daya Mulia is a fishing net industrial company that employs employees in various production divisions, including the net section which is closely related to machine use. The research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis to test the relationship between variables. The research sample consisted of machine operator employees in Net B Section PT. Noble Power Arteria. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and path analysis.

The research results show that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Facilities have a significant effect on employee work stress. Apart from that, work facilities also have a direct effect on employee performance, both directly and through work stress as a mediating variable. This research provides the importance for company management to improve K3 and work facilities to support employee welfare and performance in a safe and comfortable work environment.
