Abstract

Discipline in this global era is realized by implementing Fingerprint attendance in the Si -Kanda application. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of fingerprint attendance reporting in Si-Kanda in order to improve the discipline and performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Blitar Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research informants consisted of 3 main informants and other supporting informants. Data analysis in this study used triangulation and was strengthened by focus group discussions. Based on the results of the study, that the application of Fingerprint attendance reporting in the Si-Kanda application is effective and can improve the discipline and performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Blitar Regency Government. The implementation of Fingerprint attendance in the Si-Kanda application still has obstacles that must be fixed, such as the presence of State Civil Apparatuses who arrive late and leave during working hours without giving reasons to their superiors, and in the Si-Kanda application they have not been able to recapitulate the performance reports submitted. report each State Civil Apparatur ( ASN ).
