Abstract

Fires can damage the environment as well as health problems resulting from the origin of the fire and material losses. Implementation of occupational safety and health as an effort to prevent and deal with accidents including fire. These effort s include prevention, control, observation and extinguishing of fires and include protection of life and human safety as well as protection of assets. This study aims to identify and analyze the strategy for the role of oversight and training of fire prevention units by K3 specialist supervisors at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of East Java Province, Working Area of Korwil 2 Malang. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from field observations, focus group discussions, in -depth interviews. The data analysis technique used is Data Reduction, Data Presentation and then draws conclusions that have been checked for the validity of the data through triangulation. The result of this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the role of K3 specialist supervisors.
