JOB CRAFTING TERHADAP KREATIVITAS YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH WORK ENGAGEMENT KARYAWAN TOKO AS BERSAUDARA
Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the influence of job crafting on creativity through work engagement as an intervening variable at AS BERSAUDARA Store. The research approach used is quantitative, with a population of 35 employees, utilizing saturation sampling as the sample determination model. The analysis technique in this study employed smart PLS 4.0. The results of this research show an original sample value of 0.115, a t-statistic value of 0.430 ≤ the T-table value, and a P Values > 0.05, which is 0.667, indicating a non-significant positive influence between job crafting and creativity. There is a positive and significant influence between job crafting and work engagement with an original sample value of 0.893, a t-statistic value of 10.152 ≥ the T-table value, and a P Values < 0.05, which is 0.000. There is a positive and significant influence between work engagement and creativity with an original sample value of 0.808, a t-statistic value of 2.966 ≥ T-table, and a P Values < 0.05, which is 0.003. There is a positive and significant influence between job crafting and creativity through work engagement as an intervening variable with an original sample value of 0.721, a t-statistic value of 2.950 ≥ the T-table value, and a P Values < 0.05, which is 0.003.
