Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and organizational climate on employee performance. The independent variables in this study are self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and organizational climate. While the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from companies and primary data obtained from respondents under study. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a total of 60 research respondents. Data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaire), documentation, and literature study. Then the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 software with multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially self-efficacy and organizational climate have a significant effect on the performance of UD. Santoso Kediri employees. Organizational commitment partially has no significant effect on the performance of UD Santoso Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and organizational climate affect the performance of UD Santoso Kediri employees
