PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMUNIKASI KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT LESTARI JAYA FARMA (LJF) CABANG KEDIRI
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation (X1), work communication (X2), on employee performance (Y) at PT. Lestari Jaya Farma (LJF) Kediri Branch. The sample used in the study were 38 respondents at PT. Lestari Jaya Farma (LJF) Kediri Branch. The techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and derivation test. From the analysis used, the results of the study show the variables of motivation (X1), work communication (X2), and employee performance (Y). The results showed that the value of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.305 + 0.613 X1 + 0.351 X2 + e, the results of the t-test of the Motivation variable obtained a t-count value of 4.383 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, and the results of the t-test of the Work Communication variable obtained a value of The t count is 2.846 with a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05, the F results obtained by the Fcount of 19.428 with a significant value of 0.000. From the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that work motivation and communication have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lestari Jaya Farma (LJF) Kediri Branch has a correlation R of 0.526 or 52.6%.
