PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN GAJI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV TIMBER GLOBAL INDUSTRI-PARE

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work experience and salary on employee performance at CV Timber Global Pare Industry. The variables of this research are Work Discipline (X1), Work Experience (X2), Salary (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). The sampling in this study used a saturated sample with the consideration of all 48 employees of CV Timber Global Industri Pare based on the results of the research conducted The results of this study using the SPSS 25.0 program using a significant level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.007 > 0.05 which means H1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. (2) partially work experience has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means H2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. (3) partially salary has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.006 <0.05, which means H3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected. (4) simultaneously work discipline, work experience and salary have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha4 is accepted and Ho4 is rejected
