PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEDISIPLINAN, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN TETAP PADA PT. SIDOREJO PANGAN KEDIRI
Abstrak
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and organizational culture partially on the performance of permanent employees at PT. Sidorejo Pangan Kediri, as well as knowing the effect of motivation, discipline, and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of permanent employees at PT. Food Sidorejo Kediri. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample with permanent employees at PT. Sidorejo Pangan Kediri as many as 60 people. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, f test, and t test with the help of SPSS version 16.0 program. From the analysis that has been done, the results of this study indicate that motivation partially affects employee performance with t count (3,174) > t table (2,000), discipline partially affects employee performance with t count (4,832) > t table (2,000), and organizational culture has no partial effect on employee performance with t count (0.726) < t table (2,000). Simultaneously, motivation, discipline, and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance with F count (63,752) > F table (2,780)
