KONFLIK KERJA, KOMUNIKASI DAN MOTIVASI DALAM MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether work conflict, work communication and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Pamenang Kediri. The population in this study were 90 respondents who worked, the analysis technique used multiple regression test, determinant coefficient, t test, F test. The results of this study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = 5,470 + 0,303 X1 + 0, 175 X2 + 0,313 X3. Overall research results that partially work conflict, work communication and work motivation affect employee performance. While simultaneously work conflicts were obtained, work communication and work motivation affect employee performance. The determinant coefficient of the magnitude of the influence of work conflict (X1), work communication (X2) and work motivation (X3) on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Pamenang Kediri by 43.5%.
