PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI UPTD SMPN 1 KAYEN KIDUL

Abstract

This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of Internal Factors, External Factors on Teacher Performance at UPTD SMPN 1 Kayen Kidul. This study uses quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, by taking a sample of 35 teachers at UPTD SMPN 1 Kayen Kidul. Research data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous). From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 14,191 + 0.633X1 + 0.069X2, the results of the t-test of the Internal Factor variable obtained a t count value of 3,495 with a Sig-t value of 0.001 < 0.05, the results of the t-test variable for External Factors obtained a t count value of 0.710 with a Sig-t value of 0.483 > 0.05, the results of the F test obtained an F count value of 11.392 is greater than F table 3.28 with a Sig value of 0.000. It can be concluded that internal factors partially influence teacher performance, external factors do not partially affect teacher performance, internal and external factors simultaneously influence teacher performance at UPTD SMPN 1 Kayen Kidul.
