Segmentation of Thick and Thin Eye Blood Vessels Using the IUWT and Fuzzy Otsu Thresholding Methods
Segmentasi Pembuluh Darah Mata Tebal dan Tipis Menggunakan Metode IUWT dan Fuzzy Otsu Thresholding
Abstract
Segmentasi dari pembuluh darah dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi Diabetic Retinopaty. Karakteristik dari Diabetic Retinopaty adalah tumbuh pembuluh tipis pada pembuluh darah mata, sehingga bisa menyebabkan kebutaan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pendeteksi ketidak normalan pembuluh darah secara otomatis. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggabungkan metode Isotropic Undecimated Wavelet Transform (IUWT) dan Fuzzy Otsu Thresholding untuk segmentasi pembuluh darah tebal dan tipis. Pada penelitian ini memiliki akurasi rata-rata 0.96. Penggabungan tersebut juga dapat melakukan segmentasi pembuluh darah tipis dan tebal dengan baik.
