Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and competence of human resources on the administrators assets performance management simultaneously or partially. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sampling of this study used the entire population of employees who received the task of inventorying and compiling reports of Regional Property in the amount of 50 (fifty) respondents from all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD).


      The results of this study show that partially the variables of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and HR Competence (X3) significant and positive influence. There fore show the simultant can get positive influence and significant between independent variable human resource and leadership type together (simultant) for dependent variable employee performance.The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression obtained the result of a regression coefficient (R) of 0.689 and a coefficient of determination value (R2) of 0.475.
