Abstract

The BKD (Regional Personnel Agency) of Blitar City in an efforting to continue the attention to and in granting employee rights, especially with regard to work leave, has implemented an application model called E-Leave. The research objectives were set: (a) To determine the effect of work leave on the work productivity of the Regional Personnel Agency of Blitar City, (b) To determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity of the Regional Personnel Agency of Blitar City, (c) To determine the effect of simultaneous leave from work. and work motivation on work productivity of Blitar City Regional Personnel Agency employees. The object of this research is the Regional Personnel Agency of Blitar City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained by using questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with t test and F test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that work leave had a positive and significant direct effect on the Work Productivity of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Blitar City, Work Motivation had a positive and significant direct effect on the Work Productivity of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Blitar City, Work Leave and Work Motivation had a positive and significant direct effect on Productivity.
