Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the stimulant influence of leadership style, communication style, and work motivation on employee performance, to prove and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance, to prove and analyze the effect of communication style on employee performance and to prove and analyze the effect. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.
