Abstract
Wajak Kidul is one of the villages in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency which has abundant potential for banana plants. However, problems arise when only banana fruit and leaves are used, while banana stems have not been used properly, causing problems for the environment. The community service team sees the problem of banana stem waste not being utilized as potential. With the help of technology and innovation, banana stem waste can be developed into a processed culinary product, namely chips, which have economic value and are beneficial for health and can improve the economy of village communities. This activity was carried out using direct training and practical methods at the Village Hall with the participants being PKK cadre women and village officials. The participants were very enthusiastic about this series of training activities. The first day of training was the provision of material and direct practice in using banana stems to make chips. On the second day, participants were given material related to offline and online product marketing to reach a wider market so that the economy of Wajak Kidul Village is more advanced and developed.
