PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN ELEKTRONIK, PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN, DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PESERTA PENSIUN PADA APLIKASI TASPEN OTENTIKASI (Studi pada Peserta Pensiun di Taspen Kantor Cabang Kediri)

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of electronic service quality on partial retirement participant satisfaction, the effect of convenience perception on partial retirement participant satisfaction, security effect on partial retirement participant satisfaction and the effect of electronic service quality, convenience perception, and security on retirement participant satisfaction simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with purposive sampling techniques. The research analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.


The results of the analysis that have been carried out the results of the study show that the quality of electronic services has a significant effect on the satisfaction of partial retirement participants by showing a value of 0.003<0.05, the perception of convenience has a significant effect on the satisfaction of partial retirement participants by showing a value of 0.001<0.05, security does not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of partial retirement participants by showing a value of 0.181<0.05, the quality of electronic services, perceived convenience, and security have a significant effect on the satisfaction of pension participants in a simulated manner by showing a value of 0.000<0.05.
