Pengaruh Work Family Conflict dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Stres Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of work family conflict, workload, job stress and performance of employee on PT Tisaga Jayaarto Ajisentosa Kediri. Data used in this study were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 32 employees of PT Tisaga Jayaarto Ajisentosa who has married and have a family or a service life of more than two year based on purposive sampling method, based on the criteria specified by the researcher where samples were selected by using certain considerations. The techniques of data analysis in this research include test convergent validity, test discriminant validity, test composite reliability, test coefficients determination, test goodness of fit, and Path Analysis to test the effect of mediation.
The results of this study indicate that work family conflict has positive and significant effect on performance of employees, workload has no effect on the performance of employees, job stress has no effect on the performance of employees, work family conflict has no effect on the job stress of employees, workload has positive and significant effect on job stress of employees. In addition, job stress has negative effect in mediating the relationship between work family conflict and performance of employees and job stress has no effect in mediating the relationship between workload and performance of employees.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel konflik pekerjaan keluarga, beban kerja, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan terhadap PT Tisaga Jayaarto Ajisentosa Kediri. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diimplementasikan kepada 32 karyawan PT Tisaga Jayaarto Ajisentosa yang telah menikah dan memiliki keluarga atau masa kerja lebih dari dua tahun berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh peneliti dimana sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas konvergen, uji validitas diskriminan, uji reliabilitas komposit, penentuan koefisien uji, uji kebaikan model, dan Analisis Jalur untuk menguji pengaruh mediasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, work family conflict tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh work family conflict terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
