Digital Leadership and Creative Performance: The Mediating Role of Strategic Agility and Organizational Learning Culture in the Barge Shipping Industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital leadership dalam meningkatkan creative performance pada industri kapal tongkang dengan mediasi strategic agility dan organizational learning culture. Permasalahan yang dihadapi industri ini ialah kebutuhan untuk berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital guna menjamin daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan data primer dari survei dan wawancara karyawan di berbagai perusahaan kapal tongkang, dan dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS).


Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap creative performance, tetapi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap strategic agility dan organizational learning culture. Selanjutnya, strategic agility dan organizational learning culture masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap creative performance. Efek tidak langsung dari digital leadership juga signifikan positif terhadap creative performance melalui strategic agility dan organizational learning culture. Temuan ini merekomendasikan bahwa guna mendorong kinerja kreatif, pelaku industri kapal tongkang perlu mengimplementasikan digital leadership dengan fokus membentuk budaya pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kelincahan strategis. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji faktor-faktor lain yang dapat memoderasi atau memediasi hubungan tersebut guna memberikan gambaran lebih lengkap bagi pengembangan strategi transformasi digital dan inovasi di sektor maritim
