Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di RRI Bandar Lampung
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of social support and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at RRI Bandar Lampung. The study used a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires and a saturated sampling technique, involving all 115 employees as respondents. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that social support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a coefficient of 5.365 and a t-value of 7.222, at a significance level of less than 0.05. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.511 and a t-value of 6.324, at a significance level of less than 0.05. Simultaneously, social support and work motivation significantly influence job satisfaction, with an F-value of 174.957 and a significance value of less than 0.001. The model has an R-squared value of 0.801, indicating that 80.1% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by these two variables. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening social support in the workplace and increasing motivation to enhance employee job satisfaction.
