Abstract
Abstract
This research examines how training and development affect logistics companies in Batam through organizational culture. This study is quantitative in nature. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 160 logistics workers in Batam. The study shows that organizational culture mediates the relationship between training and development and organizational performance, while training and development do not improve company performance. These findings highlight the importance of the role of organizational culture in strengthening the impact of training and development on enhancing the performance of logistics companies in Batam. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to strengthen organizational culture so that training and development programs can contribute maximally to organizational performance.
