Implementasi “Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik†(CDOB) ditinjau dari Perilaku Keuangan dan Etika Bisnis Pedagang Besar Farmasi di Kediri
Abstract
One of the government's programs is to realize the distribution of drugs and food that is safe for the community. Including drugs or medicinal raw materials being one of the commodities that may be traded in Indonesia whether produced by the domestic pharmaceutical industry or imported from abroad which is regulated in legislation.. The practice of drug distribution in Indonesia has many variations in cases such as fake drugs, drug poisoning, abuse of over-the-counter drugs such as dextromethorphan to get the user's euphoric effect, and even buying and selling of hard drugs without a prescription is carried out by certain individuals at high costs. Drugs that are obtained by the public through pharmacies, hospital pharmacy installations or health centers are due to the role of pharmaceutical wholesalers who act as drug distributors from the pharmaceutical industry to health facility service points.
The research method used in this study is descriptive research in the form of narrative text obtained through interviews, observation and previous literature studies using the type of case study which is research on humans (individuals or groups), an event, the purpose of this research is to obtain an overview about the case under investigation. The focus of this research consists of (1) drug distribution practices of pharmaceutical wholesalers in Kediri, (2) financial behavior of pharmaceutical wholesalers in Kediri (3) implementation of business ethics for pharmaceutical wholesalers in Kediri based on financial behavior and Per BPOM No. 6 of 2020
